Castle Inn Christmas Menu 2011

If you have not planned your Christmas Party yet the the Castle Inn in Castle Bytham are offering a full Christmas menu until Christmas Eve.  As well as the anticipated traditional roast turkey with all the festive trimmings, the menu also offers braised beef with horseradish and a fragrant lentil and sweet potato stew.

For starters you can chose from cannellini bean soup, tempura battered prawns with sweet chilli sauce and pigeon breast in stout with bubble and squeak.  If you can manage it there is the temptation of a rich Christmas pudding with orange liqueur cream, malt chocolate cheesecake or a trio of fruit sorbet followed by coffee and chocolates.

To make a booking for the Christmas menu, priced very reasonably at £19.95 per person, contact Charlotte or Eamonn on 01780 410504 or email morkerytaverns@hotmail.com.  A £5 non-returnable deposit per person is required at the time of booking.
