Willoughby Memorial Trust

The Willoughby Memorial trust was founded in 1965 by the last Lord Ancaster in memory of his son Timothy, Lord Willoughby de Eresby, who died in 1963.

The Trustees have converted the late 17th Century Read’s Grammar School in Corby Glen into a library and small art gallery.  The gallery holds a series of exhibitions from Easter to November and an annual Open Art Competition.

The gallery occupies an elevated site in Corby Glen beside the A151 between Colsterworth and Bourne.  The gallery is open between 12noon and 5.00pm, closed on Mondays except Bank Holidays.  Admission is free.
